A contractual relationship begins upon our formal email confirmation or upon commencement of the Work, whichever occurs first. All pricing provided in our quote email (including VAT if applicable) remains valid for 12 hours unless otherwise specified. Any changes to these Terms will override prior versions without notification.

 

Scope of Services (Works)

All content provided by Elite Gradez is custom-produced according to your specifications. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and are not absolute guarantees. Responsibility for the Works transfers to you once they are initiated.

 

Pricing & Payment Terms

Partial payments are mandatory for work to begin, and the full agreed-upon amount must be paid before final delivery. Any associated transaction or banking fees are your responsibility. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days from confirmation of eligibility. No deductions or set-offs will be entertained.

 

User-Provided Information

By using our services, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner. This includes your assignment brief, criteria, and any supporting materials. Any updates made post-confirmation may incur additional costs and are subject to feasibility. Cooperation during the work process is crucial and delays caused by client omissions are not our responsibility.

 

Digital Delivery & Access

Cancellations and Refunds

However, if initial requirements were not met, amendments may be requested within 7 days (or 14 days for dissertations). Requests made after this period or outside the original brief may be chargeable.
