Agreement
This policy governs your use of our website and your engagement with our services (collectively referred to as “Deliverables”). Whether you’re simply browsing or placing an order, your use of Elite Gradez’s services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
When you submit an order or accept a price quote, it constitutes your intention to purchase the Deliverables as described, subject to these Terms. The agreement is officially formed when you receive an email confirmation from us or upon the delivery of any part of the Deliverables, whichever occurs first.
Pricing, inclusive of VAT (if applicable), will be detailed in the email quotation sent following your initial request. Unless otherwise noted, all quotes remain valid for 12 hours but may be retracted at our discretion.
Our confirmation email will summarize your order, outline the total fees (including any applicable banking charges), and specify the agreed timeline for delivery.
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will supersede all prior versions without further notice.
Scope of Deliverables
Each Deliverable is tailored based on your individual instructions and objectives. Delivery timelines are estimated, and while we aim to meet these deadlines, we appreciate your understanding of potential delays. Responsibility for the Deliverables transfers to you upon your acceptance or request for final submission.
Pricing and Payments
No work will begin until we receive the specified initial payment. Final delivery of the completed Deliverables will occur only after full payment is received, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not liable for any fees charged by your payment provider during the transaction.
Payments must be made in full without deductions. If any refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days from the refund confirmation date.
User-Provided Information
To successfully complete your order, you must supply accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. This includes all requirements and reference materials necessary for the Deliverables.
Quotes are based solely on the information you provide at the time of the request. Any new instructions received afterward may not be considered in the original scope and could incur additional fees or timeline adjustments.
You are expected to submit all assignment details and learning criteria within the timeframe mentioned in our order acknowledgment.
If your writer requests clarification or further details, you are expected to cooperate to ensure a high-quality outcome.
Elite Gradez is not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from your failure to provide complete or timely information.
Delivery Method
All Deliverables are delivered digitally—either via email or secure online access. We do not provide printed or physical copies.
We aim to meet all agreed deadlines. Should we encounter an unavoidable delay, you will be notified, and a new delivery timeline or refund option will be offered based on the “Pricing and Payments” section.
Elite Gradez reserves the right to deliver the order in segments if required.
You acknowledge that we are not accountable for issues caused by email delays or your own access problems.
Import Duties and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring the legality of purchasing our Deliverables in your country. You must also handle any taxes, import duties, or similar charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
Amendments and Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed via our automated system, cancellations are not permitted due to the personalized nature of the Deliverables.
Deliverables are generally non-refundable because time and resources are allocated to your request as soon as it’s confirmed. However, you may contact our support team at info@elitegradez.com with any concerns. We will do our best to respond within 28 business days if you raise the issue within the allowed timeframe.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and internal financial review.
If the Deliverables do not meet your original brief, we will work to make amendments provided you notify us within 7 days (or within 7 days for partial submissions and 14 days for full dissertations). Beyond these windows, the work is considered accepted.
Your amendment request must clearly outline what was missed and include your original order details. Only one round of free revisions is offered based on your initial instructions.
Additional changes outside the original scope or after the amendment window will require a separate quote and full payment before implementation, subject to writer availability.
